SoCAL Family Access Services was founded on a simple conviction: that even the most difficult family circumstances can be navigated with safety, fairness, and grace. We work alongside parents, guardians, attorneys, and courts to ensure that contact between family members happens in a controlled, secure, and respectful environment.
Our monitors are carefully selected and trained to handle cases involving domestic disputes, violence, and abuse with the sensitivity and professionalism such matters require. We never take sides — our only commitment is to the wellbeing and safety of everyone present.

Asha Sargsyan
Co-Founder
Asha Sargsyan is the co-founder of SoCal Family Access Services and a professional visitation monitor with experience in family support, hospitality, healthcare administration, event planning, and community leadership. Her background has strengthened her ability to communicate calmly, manage sensitive situations, and create organized, welcoming environments for families navigating difficult circumstances.
At SoCal Family Access Services, Asha brings a compassionate, neutral, and structured approach to supervised visitation. She remains focused on child well-being, professional boundaries, clear communication, and compliance with court orders while helping families make meaningful and productive use of their parenting time.
Nicholas G. Lawless is an executive leader, entrepreneur, author, and U.S. Army veteran with extensive experience in operations, security, investigations, and organizational leadership. His career includes service with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General and White House Emergency and Facility Operations, where he worked in complex, high-accountability environments requiring discretion, sound judgment, and operational discipline.
Today, Nicholas leads and advises organizations across security, operations, consulting, and family services. He is also the author of Lawless Leadership: Hardwired from Hardship, drawing on decades of real-world leadership experience to help individuals and organizations build stronger cultures, make better decisions, and lead with honor, integrity, and discipline.
Sebastian Fleischmann is a technology executive and entrepreneur with experience across cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, software development, AI, automation, and industrial technology. He specializes in building secure, resilient digital systems and aligning technology with operational and commercial objectives. His work combines technical depth, strategic judgment, and a pragmatic focus on execution, risk reduction, and measurable business value.

Sensitive circumstances demand discretion. Per CA Standard 5.20, no confidential privilege exists — information may be disclosed to the court, CPS, law enforcement, evaluators, or under subpoena. Our reporting stays objective, always.
